Mawudu Coffee Review Event in 2023

It is the second year in 2023 for Mawudu, a coffee cooperative in Guanxi Township in Hsinchu, to organize coffee review event, which makes people knowing about how wonderful this new coffee plantation area is.
The environment here was once weak due to the mining industry, but it has been revived because of the cultivation of coffee. Now, more and more people are getting involved in it, and younger generation feels hopeful and enthusiastic with their own coffee industry.
KapoK works with professional coffee roasters and team from Mawudu to complete intensive coffee roasting job before the cupping, and hope to present the best quality of beans from local coffee farmers. It is great honor for us to be part of this event, let us work together for the development of coffee industry in Taiwan!
邁入第二年的關西馬武督咖啡評鑑，透過今年3月的咖啡節活動，與大家分享咖啡的美好。
曾經這裡因為礦業而帶來的環境疲弱，也因著咖啡的種植得到了復甦。越來越多人投入其中，不僅帶進創生的活力，更讓年輕世代感受到希望與熱情。今年評鑑團隊抵達KapoK原廠，展開緊鑼密鼓的評鑑豆烘焙，期望在這次的杯測評分中，呈現在地咖農辛勤的成果。
