If you ever read the history of coffee plantation in Taiwan, you definitely know that the Northern Taiwan is the starting point. Nowdays, with the impact of climate changes, the coffee plantation is gradually expanding. The Taoyuan City government is working hard with local coffee farmers to go deeper into the mystery of coffee, and KapoK coffee roasters would also be part of it for better coffee roasting!

若是爬梳台灣咖啡歷史，不難發現北台灣是台灣嘗試種植咖啡的濫觴。而隨著近代的氣候變遷，適合種植咖啡的區域正逐漸擴大，北台灣種植咖啡的芽點又重新萌發。

作為台灣在地咖啡產業的一份子，KapoK很高興能有這個機會來與桃園在地的咖啡農友一起深入了解咖啡烘焙的奧秘。透過各個領域講師的專業教學、簡單容易的烘豆機操作，搭配實際的沖煮品嚐，期望在地咖啡農友能獲得滿滿的知識收穫。
