Usually in the weekend, although not on duty, we still do our best for better coffee roasting.
Sometimes we make plans individually for the coming season, sometimes few of us try to find solutions together for the innovation, or to do analysis in detail about roasting profiles. Most of the time, we interview our partners to solve their problems in coffee roasting, and try their secret recipes of blend coffee and drinks.
